As full-time volunteers for years, Shane and Debbie Gates have always made helping others a top priority. During those challenging yet rewarding years, Shane and Debbie - neither of whom have a college education - worked a variety of jobs to help make ends meet. Comfortable with the simple life, they've always been more interested in people than money. 

When Shane and Debbie were introduced to ACN, Shane was working at a car dealership, and Debbie was the finance manager at the same dealership. They quickly became intrigued by the possibilities of assisting people, this time in a financial way. Plus, they were drawn to ACN at a time when they needed additional income to help care for family obligations and personal health challenges that had made it necessary to leave the full-time ministry - and they were confident that ACN could provide that means. 

Although Debbie was the initial driving force behind their new business, Shane soon followed. With the motivation they gained from their first International Event they founded a team called RVP International - which has become a production powerhouse appearing on ACN's top production lists.  Their team has nearly 14,000 team members spanning three continents.  But as large as their organization has already become, Shane and Debbie feel this is just the beginning and they look forward to taking their business to even higher levels.  

Because of their wonderful team, Shane and Debbie have received ACN's highest honors of being invited to "ACN's Circle of Champions" for the last six years.
